為進(jin)一步(bu)優化(hua)押運(yun)分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人(ren)力資(zi)源配置,創新搭(da)建(jian)員(yuan)工展現(xian)自(zi)我、實現(xian)自(zi)我的平臺,結合(he)分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人(ren)才隊伍建(jian)設(she)實際需要,1月7日,押運(yun)分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)在南門基地(di)二樓會(hui)議室舉行(xing)了分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)中隊長崗位公(gong)(gong)(gong)開競聘(pin)面(mian)(mian)(mian)試活動(dong)。這是改制后(hou)的分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)進(jin)行(xing)的第(di)一次管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)競聘(pin)選拔活動(dong)。此(ci)次面(mian)(mian)(mian)試采取現(xian)場提問、現(xian)場打分的模式進(jin)行(xing),做到了絕對的公(gong)(gong)(gong)開、公(gong)(gong)(gong)正、公(gong)(gong)(gong)平。分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)兩位副(fu)總(zong)經理和三位中隊長共同擔(dan)任面(mian)(mian)(mian)試考官。總(zong)經理葉(xie)竹林在活動(dong)前對所有參加選拔的人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)了講話和鼓(gu)勵(li)。
